Application: Adults: Apply 1 pump as needed (or as directed by a healthcare provider), rubbed into the thin areas of the body for fast absorption (backs of hands, inner wrist, neckline). Avoid fatty tissue. Do not use more than 4 pumps per day.
Children: Half pump as needed, max 4 pumps per day.
